The Secure® Wheelchair Pommel Cushion is designed to fill the concave gap naturally created when a resident or patient is seated in a soft vinyl sling-style wheelchair seat. The convex bottom of the cushion will fill the gap providing a flat seating surface to stabilize seating and assist with proper posture and relief of sacral pressure.

This convex pommel cushion is designed to keep hips & knees aligned to prevent hip dislocation post-operation. The ultra-soft high-density foam core provides ultimate seating comfort and helps prevent pressure ulcers.
