• Can be used three different ways:
  • As a Stop sign only

  • Or both: Stop Sign & Do Not Enter sign
• High impact banners provide a strong visual cue residents / patients should not exit their room with Stop Sign facing them for wandering management
• Keep other residents /patients from entering room with the Do Not Enter sign
• Use Stop or Do Not Enter signs on closed doors off limits to residents / patients
• Use Stop or Do Not Enter signs on bathroom doors for residents / patients needing assistance
